What this page covers

This page describes how information is handled on the BASE marketing website. The BASE product is still in development. Product privacy terms will be provided in full before any family stores developmental or health information in BASE.

What we collect on this site

When you join the Founding Families list, request partner information or contact us as an investor, we collect what you type into that form: your name, email, state, relationship to a child, an age range, optional therapy names, your written answers and your consent choice.

We ask you not to include health, diagnostic or clinical details in marketing forms, and we do not require them.

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages and calls to action are useful. Analytics events never include a child's name, photo, health or developmental information.

How we use it

To email you BASE updates you have consented to, to invite you into early access, and to talk with organizations about partnerships. We do not sell your information.

Photos and hero avatars

If you try the hero avatar preview, a photo is used only to generate that preview and requires a legal guardian consent confirmation. Preview photos are not kept as part of a permanent profile on this site.

Compliance status, stated plainly

BASE does not currently claim HIPAA, COPPA, FERPA, SOC 2 or HITRUST certification or compliance. We are designing the product with these frameworks in mind, and we will state clearly, and only, what we have actually satisfied as we reach each one.

Deleting your information

Email hello@basesuperheroes.com and ask us to delete the information you submitted. We will remove it from our mailing and contact records and confirm when it is done.
